Note the basket, there is no rings on the bottom, 3 of my 4 putts fell though the bottom of the baskets, the 4th putt actually stuck in the chains.

#24 at Willow Metropark: basket has been moved from the right side, to the middle of the fairway. While the pole is supporting the weight of the basket assembly, it's not cemented in or secured in the ground in any way. Basket is being stabilized by these 4 Sticks* running up through the cage.

The normal position is right on the edge of a small (but steep) drop off, on the right edge of the fairway. I assume basket got knocked over, and this is temporary, until the park can properly address it.
