Saving Dye

I searched and also looked through the first 12 pages in the dye foum and couldnt find anything, but I am pretty sure someone has already answered this...can you save dye? How long? Etc? Thanks
 
The only dye I save is the stuff I mix with acetone, I keep them in little tuperware like containers that I can use it out of.
As far as I know it doesn't go bad or anything. As long as its the color you want it should work fine.
 
I was hoping this was a thread talking about the ChiSox re-signing Jermaine Dye...:(
 
It will last forever. Only problem to deal with is cross contamination over time. I store mine in large Tupperware, inside another large plastic bin. Mason jars work well too.
 
Have lots of those mason jars, thanks for that idea
 
I use the large plastic coffee containers. Easy to pour back into from the pan.
