Hey DGCR, I also posted this information on reddit but am hoping to get all the critique I can from both places.

I've identified a few things just by trying to watch my video side by side with the 4-pane slow mo video. So far I've figured out:

I'm pulling high-low-high from the peak of my reachback to when the disc leaves my hand. I *think* I need to lock my elbow a bit less, turn my head around less (don't face all the way back to my hand/disc) and this will get things more level. Also, resisting the urge to follow thru 'up'.

I'm not getting great weight transfer onto my back leg, it just seems like I might need to bend in the knee some more and start trying to lift up my plant foot, or at least get more weight off of my plant foot (it feels like I am mentally, but, video isn't showing that). Will Schusterick has a video of him doing a standstill where his plant foot is super extended, as if putting. I think I'll try to incorporate that sort of form more, however, I'm super open to suggestions.

On top of the weight transfer, I'm not really "driving" into my front leg. It's super dramatic when I watch the 4-panel runup videos, and I realize I'm not running up which probably has some bearing on it, but I really need to work on driving into my front leg sooner, and with more strength. I'm super interested in how I can improve this particular part of my form.

I'm not following through fully, or consistently. my left arm is behind my body during my pull and it should probably be directly beside it with my hand infront of my hips instead of infront of my butt.

I realize also that I don't have a good back view for foot placement, but, in general the toes of my drive foot (left) are in line with the heel of my plant shoe. Much further back feels like I don't have good balance/control.

Most of these throws measure between ≈200 and ≈230 feet as measured on Google Maps (used Map Ruler and UDisc+). There's a bunch, so I'll try to summarize what disc I was using, what the disc did for me, and how far (roughly) it went.

[175g BT hard harp that lands around 200', maybe a bit less](https://youtu.be/M_E7W8JPpac)

[175g K1 berg lands like 170', not a great throw, rather low](https://youtu.be/1o3JBObNjbM)

[175g zero hard dagger, like 170' probably, just a bad throw](https://youtu.be/crjCh9NidcU)

[175g XT nova, this goes right around 220' but gets turned over](https://youtu.be/-DBhN63EIkQ)

[175g 300 PA-3 goes around 220' again, this was my best line+throw from the shady video session](https://youtu.be/dfBqDc2bbY8)

The soccer goal in these next videos is right around 210' to the back of the net, gives you a good idea of the range. The center of the goal is in line with the dirt cricket path I'm standing behind.

[175g BT hard harp, gets net :D](https://youtu.be/KcToHYt8ZWg)

[175g K1 berg little short, probably 190'-ish](https://youtu.be/TDCa6g7wQ1o)

[175g zero hard dagger just around 200', good view of my follow through](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbHCAbPnQpM)

Thanks in advance for the advice and notes I get. I did this for about an hour total and started to kinda felt some tension/warmth in my knee and moved to doing grass stuff only instead of the pavement. Near the end I started really throwing to my right unintentionally whenever I'd feel my wrist "loading", I couldn't really nail down why this happened but I tended to get things straighter by pointing my right toes slightly acute to my throwing line instead of perpendicular to it. Overall though I was getting sort of tired at that point, but I eventually got a good (straight) ≈215' flight out of the nova and generally was getting 230'-ish with the PA-3 and daggers when everything was feeling "good".
