Managed to play Endicott, Sioux passage, and Jefferson Barracks in a day and now I am sore and headed to Bud Hill!

Endicott was my least favorite of the 3, but was a good course. If you are traveling with DG friends I would rank Sioux Passage at the top, it is long and beautiful, but you can really wear yourself out playing solo. Jefferson Barracks would be my favorite for solo play or a quick round as it is shorter but still challenging and well laid out.
Don't skip Bud Hill, we ended up playing it twice instead of going elsewhere. The place is fantastic and the owners are great people.
