Stuck at 350 foot plateau, BH form review

These throws are 80% power and in the 300' range. Accuracy/gap hitting is my strength but my max distance is only about 350'. I've been stuck at this distance plateau for many years. I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on what my issues are, but can't ever seem to fix them.

Here's what I see and what I've been trying to fix: I can't get my legs/hips engaged in the shot… Hips are turned too far back during the reach back and I need more coiling from my shoulders. Left arm is not doing anything, and when I "throw" the left arm to start my rotation I do get more speed on the disc but lose much more accuracy vs. distance gained. I also see that I need to get the disc further out from my body when reaching back, but I can't seem to find the timing for an accurate/consistent line and just shank it more often than not, and I can't get the disc into the power pocket effectively. Footwork is decent but I feel like a key tweak or two could possibly change the timing of everything following.

Thanks in advance. My goal is 375-400' accurate golf lines and maybe 450' on wide open distance lines.

You are sending the shoulder/arrow forward before you plant/shift. I don't think your hips are too far back, actually could hinge further back into rear hip assuming mobility is not issue. Hold a beverage with the rear hand. Play around with bow and arrow and door frame drill with rear foot placement.

Thank you for the great feedback and drill videos. What exactly do you mean by hold a beverage with rear hand?

Two things stick out:

1st, your throw timing is off. SW22 mentioned this - you are reaching full extension too early, dragging this disc along and beginning the throw before you are planted. Doorframe drill.

2nd: Your hips are fine during the reachback, actually. However, you seem a bit horse-stanced when planting, with your front foot a bit towards the target and rear foot facing backwards. When you plant like this, it opens up your hips early, before the throw. This kills power because it removes the hips from the equation by both opening them up early and by limiting rotation. A symptom of this can be seen in the fact that your front foot hardly rotates during the throw - there is no torsion of the leg, driven by the hips, to rotate the foot. Front foot should plant much more neutral to target. I actually found the single leg drill to help with this.
