one of my favorites. over the phone bicycle diagnostics, and categorizing midranges by stability on dgcr at the same time!
Today was the first "Friday after Thanksgiving" that I have had off in 17 years. It was nice to be off and able to throw some plastic.

I grill it every year. Takes about the same time as in the oven, but I smoke it with an applewood/hickory mix, and it's about as delicious as possible. Indirect heat and many reapplications of charcoal to keep the heat around 250º. Freakin delicious.
It's about the only thing I contribute to the greater good every year.
I was stuck at work BECAUSE of disc golf.:\ At the last tournament I was at a few weeks ago, I sold a few baskets...that I am in the process of building. Be working in the shop the whole 4 day weekend.:wall: And people wonder why I don't get to play much.
