^Here is my little video of whats in my bag. I recently started throwing left hand June of 12' I had to get surgery on my right thumb (torn ligament) I throw mainly left handed but i've just now started using my right hand again but I don't have much power behind it. I can throw 200-225 ft now with my left, close to the same with my right. I just need help as to what I should add or subtract, try or whatever. Thanks!
