Welcome back to Goat Hill Park for The Challenge @ Goat Hill Park - Driven by Innova! We're back at the Goat this year with an expanded format for the MPO/FPO divisions, hoping to bring in a great pro field for your spectating pleasure. All other divisions will have the same great Goat experience of years past...and more!!!
* MPO/FPO will play 3 rounds - 1 on Friday, 1 on Saturday, 1 on Sunday. Tee times starting @ 8:00 am on Friday.
* All other divisions will play 2 rounds - 1 on Saturday, 1 on Sunday. Tee times starting @ 8:00 am both days.
* We will not have carts for this event!! Be ready to walk!!! Exception - age 60 and over divisions (pending PDGA approval).
* All Ladies' divisions (except FPO) and the Men's MP60, MA50, MA60, MA2 and MA3 divisions will play from front tee pads on seven holes.
* Any divisions that have fewer than 4 player registered one week before the event may be combined with other divisions.
* Layouts will not change between rounds.
* Player pack details are still being finalized. What kind of Freak-y thing are we thinking up?
* Welcome Players Party - Friday evening at the Goat! Snacks and great San Diego craft beers!
* The first player to register in each Am division will receive a prize, courtesy of Innova Disc Golf.
* One more player in the first 50 to register (other than MPO/FPO) will win a mini Discatcher basket!
* Goat trophies!!!!!
* Central Coast Disc Golf will be on hand again to film all three rounds of the MPO feature or lead card! Coverage will be three cameras * (Slo-Mo!!!) and viewable next-day.
* UDisc Live will provide live scoring of the MPO/FPO fields with full stats! (volunteers needed to help score...)
* All other divisions will have PDGA Live Scoring
* Are you from out of town? We are working with the Visit Oceanside Conference and Visitor's Bureau to put together hotel discounts for tournament players, and we're putting together a list of locals willing to provide no-cost lodging. Check back for more details.
