Dyed these 2 last night. Spiral vortex on a fly dyed Pro Beast & DSOTM on a Champion Wraith. I used Aqua Marine on both...the beast for 45 min & the champion wraith for 45 min, then another 40 min to make it a little darker. I could've used black for the DSOTM disc but wanted to see the actual color of the aqua marine having never used it on a clear or white disc before. the different colors of the rainbow coming out of prism were done with permanent marker. I could have done them with small strips of vinyl & painted it on & next time probably will. The jagged lines on the beast are where I thought I could use the same exacto blade, but it was too dull! Note to self 2 cuts then change blade! Overall very happy with the results having no big bleeds & good color.

First try with a really makeshift gradient dyer. Made it from 2 old cat litter containers. It worked but it's much harder to see it in the pic than real life. Starts light up top, darker on bottom.

Definitely want to make a more permanent one and play around without it being as big of a pain as this one was, I had dye spilling all over and crap, it was a mess. Ended up just letting it drain into the sink so I only got this one attempt.

Yeah, that one turned out a little more like one of those cheesy, 70s felt-pictures than I was hoping for. I'm not seeing my first post in chrome for some reason, sorry if the pics are giant.

I know it doesn't look exactly like Wilson, but I decided to stop while it still kinda looked like Wilson. Shouldn't have used black for the lines either, they ended up too dark. Shoulda used silver/grey.

I dig this one... havent seen an attempt at it before.
