Vintage Mach III sleeve specs

Hello DGCR Hivebrain,

We need to make some new sleeves for pre-2000 DGA Mach IIIs (my understanding is that the pole sizes were changed by DGA right around then). These baskets date from the early 1990s, and DGA no longer sells this vintage hardware. Has anyone sourced these locally? Is the sleeve inner diameter a really odd measurement or something? Info, advice, and specifications much appreciated.

They fit inside a 2" piece of PVC. Not the best for courses, but great for the back yard.

Pick up a 2ft piece of 2" PVC @ Home Depot/Lowes and use that as a template.

Yes on the 2" pipe supply but be sure it's schedule 40.

The pole is Ø2.00 Outside Diameter per diagram

Standard Pipe 2" is Ø2.375 Outside Diameter
schedule 40/40s is Ø2.067 Inside Diameter (.154 wall) -- OK
schedule 80 (thicker) is Ø1.939 Inside Diamter Ø1.939 (.218 wall) -- Not OK
