I was/am pretty big into lifting, 5-6 days a week, I rep for a supplement company. Not so much as of lately because its summer and I have disc to play. But I am hitting the gym a lot, my game goes south due to the lack of stretching. Flexibility and core strengthening can improve performance in most sports. I've been doing more calisthenics, push up, pull ups, one leg squats, etc for strength.
