Video with better angle showing whole body would help more, but looks like you are very open before release and hugging yourself/rounding. You want to start to hammer out from the power pocket with the shoulders/chest still closed to target.


 
@sidewinder22 YES!!! Honestly think these videos are exactly what I needed at this point in my journey with DG. Watched these this morning and was itching after some time with a hammer etc. to get outside being it was 60-65 and sunny. Hit the course warmed up and headed over to the nets. I've noticed I'm reaching way early and waaaay to far behind do to my me completely turning myself and a lot of the times at my X step was running in backwards 🤮🤮.like you said then rounding, so today i focused on keeping the hips more straight until x step pausing with my reach back a bit longer then plant elbow up and slingin it, and LET ME TELLL YOU!!! How weird this felt for first 20 or so throws then was getting more comfy with it and by the end of the hour in nets was feeling ok. By then a buddy had showed and we teed off and phhhheeeeww I crushed a PB (no joke), man I was thinking...... and was toooo[COLOR=var(--text)] excited the next tee couldn't wait for another rip, honest to God truth I put a new PB On top of the PB i just threw. Thank you for these cause apparently it's what I needed for it to click. It's not perfect and I'm sure still doesn't look good, but it's a start and just continue to work at it ...[/COLOR]
