Your Top Ten

Horseshoe Canyon, Arkansas
Humboldt State, California
Iron Hill, Delaware (nearby Scarboro Hills is great too)
IDGC complex (Steady Ed is my favorite though it's kind of a package deal)
Bengal Ridge, Idaho
Sipapu, New Mexico
NC - Charlotte courses + Sugaree, Ashe County, Richmond Hill, Highland Hills
Milo McIver, Oregon
Trophy Lakes, South Carolina
Warriors Path, Tennessee
Blockhouse Complex - Virginia

Turns out I'm not so great at following direction. I've got 11 entries on my list, including about 15 courses just in the western half of NC. Disc Golf is great. Like beers and songs, I can't seem to narrow it down to just ten favorites.

I broke out my lists into GOLD, BLUE and REC/FUN courses out of my 600 courses played. Recognize that Blue is my playing level but these courses are my favorites roughly in order among Gold level. The bottom three missed the top ten not due to perceived quality but as my 10 favorites. Lots of eastern U.S. flavor in this list.

GOLD
Highbridge Gold
Tyler
FlyBoy
Patapsco
Camden II
Renaissance
Warwick
Idlewild
Blue Mountain
Moraine
* * *
Indian Creek
Winthrop Gold
Cliff Stephens

Tough to whittle this list down but top 10 are favorites to play even if I can't get to some of them regularly (or at all).

BLUE
Steady Ed
The Valley
Lemon Lake Silver
Ewing
Blueberry Hill
Hawk Hollow
Deer Lakes
Jordan Creek
Rotary Park
Hornets Nest
* * *
Lakewood Hills
Jefferson Barracks
Buckhorn
Mt Airy
Stoney Hill
Circle C
Rolling Meadow
New Quarter
Granite Ridge
Leviathan

In general these are shorter courses (but not all) I have fun playing and I think others will, too. The top 10 are favorites with the rest honorable mention.

REC
Kenwood Trails
Rosedale Down Under
Maiden Shade
Warriors Path
Tiki Course
Waterworks
Tuscawilla
Acorn
Sandy Point
West
* * *
Delaveaga
Flip City
Winget
Will Rogers

Great lists Chuck, I've played and enjoyed every course on your top 10 blue and gold lists and several of your alternates and rec choices. Which Rotary Park is that on your blue list?

Nice! You're the first person to make a list comprised entirely of courses I have not played. I've got my work cut out for me this summer. :)

ps. The abbreviation for Missouri is MO ;)

Thats funny, this is one of the few lists comprised of allmost all courses I have played. There are only a few on it that I haven't played.

I haven't played that many courses. But then we've got so many great courses right here in the Buffalo/Rochester area that there isn't a need to travel.

In no particular order.

Sloterpark, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Black Diamond at Emery Park, NY
Blue Course at Shorewinds, NY
Parma DGC, NY
Wilson Tuscarora SP, NY
Angry Apple, NY
Joseph Davis SP, NY

Its only 8.

Huntington, WV. I just played it last week with designer Johnny Sias.

That's a great one. I played it back in February with snow flurries in the air and it was awesome them. How'd you like Indian Rock?

Indian Rock had some cool shots like "under the bridge" but I liked Rotary a bit better.

I see a theme here, Lol!!

You need to get me into some of these "secret" courses, Paul! Where is Deer Mtn.?

I don't get out much and living a mile from Lincoln Ridge makes it real easy to play my home course, but here's my list. Ranked on fun factor.

1. Flip City
2. Lincoln Ridge
3. Idlewild
4. Bill Frederick: T2-The Turkeynator
5. Black Bear
6. Shady Oaks
7. Winton Woods
8. Camenisch Park - Badlands
9. Mt. Airy
10. David Imbrock Memorial

I'll add Holler in the Hills somewhere in this mix in a couple months.

I'd agree. I thought the first 4 holes of the Rock were amazing but was somewhat let down by the rest of the course. Rotary was great fun though. That could potentially be in my top ten but I'd have to play it once or twice more.
