Zuca wheels fit on a Go Cart?

Do Zuca wheels work as a direct replacement for the Gggt Go Cart?

They have half inch axle holes, but no listings mention width. GGGT didn't respond to my inquiry.

The zuca wheels have some cool colors but mostly I won't have to go to the gas station every time they get low on air, because none of my air pumps will fit in the spokes.

You can find replacement tubes with a bent valve stem. This solves the bike pump problem. The Go Cart wheels are held on with a cotter pin and have an inner, closed bearing. I think the axle size is the inner diameter of the bearing, not the actual wheel. I am on a road trip, without my cart. I suspect they are not interchangeable.
