Pros:
- Good use of terrain.
- A couple really nice/fun metal tonal targets (i.e. Hole 8), where it makes a loud "gong" sound when you make your putt.
Cons:
- Difficult to find (would have driven right past the course, even with directions, had I not caught a brief glimpse of the tonal target for Hole 10)
- Many tonal targets are in rough shape (shot at or otherwise damaged)
- Course navigation becomes confusing after Hole 9 (no next tee signage)
Other Thoughts:
I thought it was a fun course. Not terribly challenging, apart from locating the next tees after Hole 9. :-( Finding the Hole 11 tee was very difficult, and I'm not sure I ever did find the correct tee locations for Holes 13 and 14 (I played some holes and threw at some targets, but it was merely a guess if i was playing them correctly). Worth a stop to play! But it would be a *lot* better if they gave you better "next tee" clues after Hole 9. As well as repaired/replaced the broken tonal targets.
