Great for a quick round. Good for practicing putting both into the basket and off the tee.

- Grass tee boxes are showing wear.
- Unimaginative layout for the last three holes (although I'm not sure how I'd remedy that with the big trees gone).
- Miss the around the 9 putting challenge.

This is an executive course--basically like a par-3 only ball-golf course. Judge it based on that. If you are upset you can't use drivers, then you never had the right frame of mind going in. The real question is, does it hone your short game? Are the pin placements interesting for what they are?

I remember all the way back when it was 18 holes with light posts as the target. Sure there were some long holes, but it really wasn't safe for other park users. Over the years it has evolved into it's current format. It is much safer for pedestrians, park users, homes, and even cars parked along the street . Now I'd just like to see a couple of holes tweaked so some shaping of throws was required.
