Private and boring

Pros:

Baskets in a clean park. Poles for tees.

Cons:

This is private and the leasing office is allways around. Wanting only resident to play. This is through a play park and is very short flat and boring. It really is not worth it.

Other Thoughts:

I would have skipped this one if I had know it was boring.
