Pros:
Map on every tee sign
Decent Tee signs
Baskets are still in good shape
Good use of some parts of the campus
Cons:
Unlevel tee areas on several holes
Holes 8 to 11 are really close together, but have a tree line separating them.
Other Thoughts:
Based on the old review and pictures the course was greatly improved when it was redesigned. No longer playing "though" campus, only a couple of the holes may you come across students.
Parking is near the ballfield, just past the staff parking area, the first few holes go back and forth across this mostly open area.
it's a long walk from 7 to 8 but then you have some individually decent holes going though some rows of tree's with some elevation, including a 560ft hole along the road down the hill. These holes are really too close together, but when you are the only person on the course, I guess it does not matter.
Short walk from 12 to 13 and you have a couple of holes around an old railroad bed. Then for 17 and 18, you have a long mostly open hole over a garden, then 18 is a nice anhyzer over the road to a basket tucked from view.
In general, this is not a bad course and you could tell it's getting some play.
Would I play here again? Not really, while the course is decent, its not a stand out. I would not go out of my way to play here again. But if I lived nearby, its a decent "local" course to work on your game.
