Pros:
Good number of open holes around 275-375 feet in length with a few trees in the way on the front nine, then shorter holes with more trees on the back nine, and water comes into play on four holes.
Very nice concrete tee pads with good signs showing distance and simple maps. Very easy to navigate the course and find your way.
It's pretty hard to lose a disc on this course, basically only if you throw in the pond on #s 2 or 3 or get stuck in a tree.
The park is generally in great shape, baskets, tee pads are all taken care of, other than one or two cases of spray paint graffiti lately. Very little trash around, and the grass is usually mowed quite well too.
Cons:
Not a whole lot of variety or difficulty in most of the holes. Not much elevation change other than a couple holes throwing up, down, or across a slight valley.
A few of the holes cut through the park which can lead to a decent number of people being in your way when the weather is nice.
Other Thoughts:
This is a great course for people learning to play and remains fun for those that are more experienced. Decent variety of looks but is not especially challenging for those looking for a professional course. On any given day, any hole is able to be birdied by a decent to good player. All the park construction stuff mentioned in previous posts has been completed.
