I think I usually throw about 50 feet high at the apex when I'm really going for it.

So, I tried taping my fingers the other day and it helped a lot but if I don't do it just right it doesn't make a difference. I'm starting to think I need to change the way I grip the disc 'cause the pain is just getting worse and worse. :(
It's, probably, more of a timing issue more than a form issue just try slowing everything way down. It gives you more time to put the putt on the line you want and helps you really FEEL your wate shift which, I feel, is very important.

The first 5 (give or take) drives of my round always really hurt my first knuckles on my index and middle finger. Does anyone one know what the deal is?
I don't think that's it. I've played a lot of disc golf all at one time before and never had any trouble with my fingers being raw or sore. I want to say it has something to do with support.
