Until you're able to get a proper diagnosis, limit your pressure on that knee during DG. Try standstill throws, perhaps FH of you have it. Learn your limits while you're strengthening the support muscles. Dr. Google can give you lots of free strengthening exercises and physiotherapy homework...

The ceiling seems too far away, unless your friends have telescopic vision (or you have a low ceiling) (or you have reaaaallly tall friends?). IMO ceilings are for flags or posters (& cobwebs). I have nothing worth displaying but I feel like if I did, I'd want them where people could read them.

Yes, sorry it's a tee marker. I see it so often I didn't realize how much it looked like a disc. Here's a couple, including #10 without the graffiti, and this will give perspective of size. That was one helluva tag. (and the wood was from trees on the course)
