when i stand in the reachback position i am fine, it is when I move my hips to begin rotation ,,,,,(correct me if I'm wrong) this is when my arm naturally moves toward my pec then I pull it on through to pec then elbow-chop/snap as my shoulders follow my hips onto follow through.
It is the hip rotation that is getting my lower back and this is in my living room slooowww. could just be old, worn out hard working back trouble, or just need to do more core exersizes
The main Q is am i right about rotation and arm movement.
