Hey guys, thanks in advance for your advice. I've uploaded a couple clips throwing my Roc3's. I would like some tips to improve my form. I want better accuracy and more distance.

Hmm, I may be missing something here...
throw more like McBeth does.
But seriously-- not much to go off of here' If you want better accuracy and more distance the clips being posted should help but currently what is wrong with the shots you throw now which don't get the distance you want?
