So many players never heard of the Disc Derby, of course the record keeping of the DGA/PDGA was on RB's computer, and networking did not exist for the masses. Over 100 pro players in the early 80s?
Invited my snail mail? Cash purse only matched by a few events even these days?
The Denison grand opening PDGA B-tier will be run my one of the most experanced TD's in DGA/PDGA histroy, and if the staff is working well maybe we can meet again in the "yes, I am still a grandmaster" division!

I played the course yesterday. It was a fun round. Looks like a great place to hold a tourney. Easy to find your disc. No water hazards. Still a very tough course.
The only concern is that the fairways blur on 3 and 9. The first round I played, I was on 9's fairway while playing 3. The second round I ended up on the 3rd fairway while playing 9. That could be problematic during a tourney.
The fun factor is very high... just like my scores were.

Played today and all the tee pads are in. What a great course.
