Selection for President's Cup

How do the US and European teams get selected for the President's Cup in Nokia, Finland? Does the PDGA select the Captains and teams? Is there a European Org that will select their players? Does Innova have a say as the sponsor?

Could my 900 rating get me on the team with Feldberg and Kolling? :thmbup:

I don't think there's that much formality for picking the President's Cup Team.
When it's in Europe, I believe they just pick a Captain and players who will be making the trip.
When it's in Europe, I think they just pick from the USDGC field and whatever females will be around.

Again, don't know, just my best guess.
