Lizotte reduces movements to eliminate some variables. I think the disc pump is a mental note to set the line. Everyone throws different, but following through the line is key. His follow through is a full rotation with momentum that swings his body around completely. He has a large forward step and serious hip rotation. Note he is also a pro and throws discs for a living. He probably works on hip flexibility and is six foot plus to get that power in the rotation with such a wide stance. Mcbeth is smaller and has a more compact form with a smaller stance. However they all follow through the line. Mcbeth's momentum takes his feet off the ground sometimes. Simon is bigger and uses a wider forward plant foot.
