Unfortunately no. I honestly don't know all the details but I think there is another A tier within a certain distance so the only way we could have ours is if we didn't offer FPO. I'm really not sure how all that works but that's kinda what I have gathered from other people more in the know

That makes sense, I thought maybe it was just an oversight. I am not female, pro, or planning on playing any tournaments in Tennessee anytime soon, so it doesn't bother me.
