Pretty bad, to be blunt drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 10, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

+ 9 holes of disc golf

+ effortless navigation

+ extremely quick to play

+ every hole is an ace run

+ located in a quiet neighborhood

Cons:

- Imagine you live in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a quaint little park. There's a playground for the kids, a short walking trail, some benches, a restroom etc., tucked on to a parcel of land that could hold, maybe, two good sized houses. It's an established park full of things to do throughout the small amount acreage. Then you plop down a 9 hole course as an after thought.

- If anyone at all is using the park it becomes a pain to play a round. At most I had two groups walking the track, and even that meant I had to wait on several holes. You'd have to skip holes if anyone is using the playground, the basketball courts, or anything else more stationary than the walking path. Hole #8 has you literally throwing directly under a basketball hoop for example.

- I really can't emphasize enough how poorly planned out this course feels. A restroom chilling on #3's fairway. A picnic bench an arms length from a basket. Fairways that repeatedly cross the walking trail like it's their job. After thought is an understatement.

- Extremely short. Shorter than some Ace Place courses I've thrown in fact.

Other Thoughts:

Not a fan of this course.

Only come here if:

1. You are trying to bag every course you can
2. You are desperate for aces
3. You are under 10 years old
4. You live here and don't have your own practice basket

This is towards the bottom of the barrel when it comes to 9 hole courses I've played.

I don't expect a lot out of a neighborhood 9 hole course, but I expect to be able to complete a round if someone is playing basketball. I expect to not be throwing directly at a swing set.....on more than one hole. I expect at least one hole to think about tickling 200'.

I'd pass unless you're seriously desperate for aces or inflating your # of courses played.
