Short & Sweet 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 12, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

**The grounds are mowed and well kept.
**Nice layout for a small course. Easy to catch on the layout even without markers for what hole is what.
**Great spot for beginners.

Cons:

**The course surrounds a playground area. Not a big deal if there aren't any kids and their parents around, but I could see it being an issue to throw if the playground was busy.
**There aren't any clear markers to identify what holes are what.
**The course feels small/cramped. Not any real challenge for experienced players.

Other Thoughts:

This is a good course to at least visit once. Nice and quiet neighborhood. If you want to just get a quick round in or take in some practice, this is a good spot in the Richwood area.

PUTT PUTT COURSE 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 8, 2013 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

This is a very fast play course. You can literally play this course in less than 15 min. The course nothing more than a practice for putting and upshots. The distances are all under 150 ft. For anyone playing this course for the first time I highly recommend that you only take your putter or midrange. This course can be fun if you can understand that the design and length are nothing for the serious player. Even if you birdie every hole for a score of (-9) the rating for the round is only in the low 900's.

Cons:

The CONS for the course are pretty self explanatory once you step out of the car.

!. Short course that is less than 1,000 feet : Though i will not degrade the score of this course based on that. I feel a putt putt coure is what most nine hole courses are for INT/ ADV players.

2. Course is cramped in a small park with playground equipment and houses near by. One backyard plays ever so close to #6 pin.

3. Walking path as is the case with so many course in Houston area comes into play. For some of the holes you can use them as O.B. lines.

Other Thoughts:

There is not much else to say about this course. Really since its so small there is really no possibility for more holes. The course is seriously for newbies and beginners. I enjoyed the fact that while there are little to few obstacles, and such short holes... The course was a great warm up for Dunbar. I highly recommend stopping here to get a good laugh, and warm up before heading out to Dunbar.
