Troll's Review 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 4, 2013 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

9 hole course right on UC campus. I know for the Disc golf community, its not the greatest, but it does show this city's love for disc golf to new UC students who may not ever heard of it. Or may know of the sport but stuck on campus

Cons:

Its poor maintained, labeled.
Not worth playing, unless you have no alternative.

Other Thoughts:

The City could do so much more with the "on campus" Disc golf course design. Burnet is great example of how it COULD be great, but isn't

Bringing this course back to life! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:May 31, 2009 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Hope the course can get back in to shape. Could be fun.

Cons:

The course needs some good ole TLC. Missing baskets, teesigns, teepads......

Other Thoughts:

Hold off on playing this course til the redesign is finished. With Courses like Mt. Airy just 5 min away you should head there instead for right now. Even Surge DGC 9 hole at Cincinnati State is a better option

Pros:

Nice elevation changes, you can start on several different holes course goes in a circle with a parking lot in middle,Discraft baskets, course is in a nice park and is well maintained with mowed fairways, course was not very busy when I was there,

Cons:

One basket missing as of 10/08 damaged in storm, only nine holes there is enough room for 18,natural tees,l little confusing to navigate for first time not many signs,

Other Thoughts:

Pass needed to park by hole #1,park on top of hill by playground you will see baskets,

Good college course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Dec 27, 2008 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Course is close to downtown - and has easy access. Fairly technical course - though mainly aimed toward a beginner. Park is well maintained - and fairly busy.

Cons:

Hole 9 damaged in 2006 lightning storm - has not been replaced yet. Holes 3, 6, and 8 were damaged from Hurricane Ike by falling trees. The course is pretty messed up right now - but still playable as an 8 hole course. Natural tees except hole 1.

Other Thoughts:

This course has a couple of fun holes - and is definitely potential for some nice aces. Its proximity to Mt. Airy, and Surge make it a must play - it only takes about 40 minutes.
