Okay for its first iteration but in need of some tweaking (and brush clearing!) 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Decent Shot variety (although it is honestly pretty righty biased) with regards to elevation and park usage.
DisCatcher baskets (with the addition of the very cool Blue Band practice basket)
What signage is there is pretty unique/cool
Park Quality, Camp olympic is a beautiful park overall.

Cons:

Extremely thick and unforgiving rough which often goes unchecked for quite some time.
Natural Tee pads (that are hard to see and stay muddy for a long time).
Poor Tee placement: there are a couple holes that put you in a shared position with other park traffic.
A totally overgrown section near the end of the course.

Other Thoughts:

This course has a lot of things going for it and underneath it's flaws lies a solid foundation that is fun to play. There is a little bit of a repetitive nature as you zig zag your way along the first few holes but that story changes as you start to sink your teeth into this course. Some of the longer holes are downright excellent and challenging albeit fairly open. I think Camp O. has great potential but that doesn't save it in the here and now. A worthwhile play but keep your eye on the course conditions because when it grows in you might be better suited playing elsewhere.
