Quiet course, good for practice 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Its a short course that you can play in about 20 minutes.There is usually no one here so I have the course to myself which is nice since the course is in a compact area.

Cons:

The course is situated in an arroyo. It says no pets but I see pets there often.The city has torn out grass and added gravel which makes footing difficult, we had to move city marked tee boxes because of footing issues on the gravel.

Other Thoughts:

There is a resident coyote at this course. It likes humans and will walk up to you because a nearby homeowner feeds it.
