Decent Neighborhood Course 2+ years drive by

Pros:
Most tee pads are easy to find and single is good. The park is usually vacant if played during the week and during the day. Easy to make par on nearly all shots. There is even a 90 footer. The course is far away from the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque.
Cons:
Small parking lot. No restroom. The course is built along a drainage ditch/arroyo/canyon. Normally not an issue but recent monsoon rains pushed 4 feet of water though the park. A few tee pad were washed out.
Other Thoughts:
Great confidence building course.
