.... failed potental. 2+ years drive by

Pros:

In town. Jimmy Johns down the street.

Cons:

Obstructions include things like BBQ pavilions and children playgrounds. Hole 5 is directly in line of a large price of play equipment.

Other Thoughts:

Layout could have been changed to create a great course without having to cross roads or play thru toddlers. Bad design.
