Great local course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Played course last year, no tee markings, so I kind of just made my own. This year, there are now tee markers. Nice, open course. Great for beginners. Not too much distance.

Cons:

No true tee pads, holes sometimes cross (not ever crowded, so I only think of this as a semi-con).

Other Thoughts:

Again, great for beginners. Tee markers point to basket. Beautiful area.
