The course was well kept. The grass was cut and clean fairways. The course had recieved a lot of rain and due to the design had only a little standing water. It was saturated but playable. These tpads were by far the best of any course i've played on due to the serated/ etched design shown in the pictures. Baskets were positioned elevated or with punishing drops due to retaining walls if you over threw.

BORING. Holes 3 through 18 were like the twilight zone. It was just the same formula over and over. Straight shot to a dog right or dog left with an open fairway. No complexity at all. All those trees and very few entered the field of play. You would expect a wooded course to make a drive a challenge on occasion with the addition of a 30 foot maple or a patch of brush impeding a direct drive. They just didnt use what they had to make the course even moderately difficult. Even some of the "pro" tees played easier than the close tees. The course didnt challenge even a novice player. Hole 2 was the most unique requiring you to lay up or have an exceptional over river shot at the pin. beyond that this course left much to be desired and even seemed to play short compared to others in the area. I dont understand the disc rating this course gets but at least now I can say i played it to check it out.

All negative reviews get down thumbs that is strictly against the dgcr review process. The club is jtown or something and have their name engraved into the basket at i believe hole 4 .
