Pros:
They have added nice concrete tee pads to all the tees. Good signs at all the tees. Not a hard course to follow.
Cons:
A bathroom near by would be nice. If you like lots of difficult technical shots you may be disappointed.
Other Thoughts:
The new tee pads and signs that have been added have made this a much better course. Do not follow either of the maps found in the "links/files" tab. They are both out of date. The first tee is near the handycapped parking at the play ground and it is easy to follow the course from there.
It would be nice if the city of Midland would put in an 18 hole course somewhere. It is kind of a shame that many other smaller communities near by have much better courses than Midland

Pros:
Great place to practice long drives, two blocks out of the way home and play near daily as a result
Cons:
Little Shade and as many have said it fills with water for quite awhile with just alittle rain. Holes 5 and 6 should really be swapped, stops alot of extra walking if they would.
Other Thoughts:
Overall I enjoy the course, not alot of people playing daily so it works well for us. We play nearly daily after work on the way home it's great for a quick game.
