Pros:
It features 3 sets of grass tees, each with it's own great tee sign showing length, fairway and where the next tee is. Good design, using all the available trees and creeks.
Cons:
When I played it, the grass was up to 2' high in the fairway, sometimes 5' on the walks. The creek is muddy and slippery, and looks like it can flood some of the course when it rains. Very buggy. Not well maintained, half the holes had severely blocked lines due to overgrown branches.
Other Thoughts:
Will be very nice if a lot more work went in (plenty has so far, but it will take much more). Play it in fall/winter.
