a course...around a school building 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Apr 27, 2015 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

- Good way to introduce people into the game
- Few play this course
- Concrete tees (sidewalk)

Cons:

- Can be very windy here.
- Not much in terms of technical shots

Other Thoughts:

There are 9 targets set up around a high school building and parking lot, that pretty much sums it up. Most holes are wide open shots across the sidewalks, fields, and parking lots of the campus. They have modified the course recently (hole 7 is now hole 6) to include less impervious surface, but it's generally the same course. Be sure to download the course map before playing.

Bring Your Map 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 15, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

A few fun obstacles like a tennis court.
An appropriate tee on the third hole: you start from the discus throwing circle.

Cons:

A few fun obstacles like a Lexus and about fifty other cars that could easily get dinged up by all but the softest of putters.
Good luck finding the tees. If you don't have a course map and aren't going with someone who knows the course, you may as well just be throwing discs in any schoolyard.

Other Thoughts:

This whole course feels like an afterthought: "Hey, we should add disc golf to the school!"
"Yeah, where?"
"I don't know. How about one there? And maybe we can have one over there too."
At least the thing makes a full lap around the school.
Start in the WEST parking lot (the one with the one-way entrance).

Not so fun 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 9, 2011 Played the course:once

Pros:

Beautiful scenery of the mountains in the background. Its close to residences so you can use the baskets for practice.

Cons:

Hard to find tee boxes. Some are painted on a rock. have to throw next to a street and you might hit a car. Kids walking around near school hours.
Was a bit boring.
