Pros:
Front nine can make or break your game. This side has a few mixed technical tree shots and huge bomb holes in between. The tee pads are fine whether they still have their mats or is dirt. This is a great course to work on power shots and really see what you can do. The back nine, once you figure it out, is sick. There are a couple layouts that can be used for it to make things interesting. The original one of course, sends a lot of people packing. Never super busy, always a good place to come practice that shot w/o everyone and their mom watch you mess up.
Cons:
The course can be muddy at times, windy some, ok a lot of the time. Spring golf is a task since there is such a prolonged wind season in the valley. The tall grass throughout the course makes it super hard to find your disc again, especially on 6 & 7. Just the hardest part that people find is just figuring out the back nine, thats it. There will usually be someone there to help you out. And don't think this is a cakewalk course, the front and the back are very different and each have challenging aspects.
Other Thoughts:
Great place to learn how to play, great summer weather, plenty of different scenarios to make you think. Its not an easy course no matter what people think. There are giant holes that take a big man to birdie them and tight wooded holes that will eat your disc alive. But this course is great for everything, check it out and also Glenwood, New Castle, and the Beaver Creek courses when the snow's gone
