Pros:

Located in an area that is well maintained there is excellent parking and ease of access.

The course is mostly open yet it has enough balance of trees streams and ponds to add eye appeal. You can air out some discs on a few throws.

Distances are well placed and the addition of alternate tees really enhances the experience for younger newer disc golfers.
This is truly a wonderful family/friends course if you love disc golf you will enjoy throwing here too.

#1: Just off the parking lot the first Tee is between parking lot and Pond. A strong anhyzer from the tee could end up in the parking lot but shouldn't be a huge issue.
Just in front of the target is a small but tricky stream as well as some trees acting to guard the basket. A driver disc needs to thread the needle. If you lay up on the fairway just before the stream it leaves an approach shot / putt but again it must clear the trees to make a birdie.

#2 From tee two a wide anhyzer here could put you on the roadway paralleling the right of the fairway but not really a distraction. Parallel to the left side of the fairway is the same small stream which comes into play on #1 along with trees running right along with the stream banks.
The target on #2 is located jut off of the stream and guarded by trees. Parking your disc on the fairway to the right of the stream will prevent problems and leave you will a better approach shot for Birdie.

#3 Turns you around and leads you back in the direction of the first target the target is set in the corner where pond and stream meet. The same stream and trees on your left but a slight uphill grade and open field on your right. Over throwing #3 will put you in the stream or in some rough stuff. It's open with no obstructions as long as you don't overhyzer.

#4 Over the pond. The basket is on an elevated pole can be seen easily from the tee. Landing zone across the pond is wide and unobstructed. Landing in the cattails can make it very hard to locate your disc.

#5 Has a slight down slope to target. Just enough trees and brush here to make things interesting if the disc lands off a good track.

#6 Air time!!! At just over 500 feet this one is wide open until you get close to the target. So you can open up with a driver here. There is a canopy of trees over the target. The target is very visible from the fairway but a low accurate throw is needed to keep out of trouble.

#7 Seven is another grip it & rip it throw. Terrain masking keeps the target hidden from the Tee until you are close to midway to the target. Nothing special here once you reach the target it is merely a straight up putt in.

#8 Is a little difficult to find from #7 if you haven't thrown this course before. The proximity is simply that if you approaching the basket on #7 then #8 Tee is to the left and just around the corner of the fence line.
The target on 8 is slightly uphill and a to the left. An over throw will put you in a parking lot. The target is guarded somewhat by trees and can be hard to see from the tee.

#9 Target is guarded by a tree which is directly inline and between the Tee to Basket. Anhyzer around the tree is a good line here. You can use a Hyzer throw here too but the parking lot to the right might be an issue if your disc goes awry.

Cons:

Needs better Tees
Needs better markings
Sometimes mowing gets a little far behind

Other Thoughts:

Some of us have decide to form up and do an update to the course. So in the very near future you will find better signage, tees and such on this course.

This course has quite a bit of potential as there is even room here for another 9 holes if the project gets fueled.
