Not a lot to work with 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 26, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

Tee markers on 7/8 holes

Cons:

Baskets are DB5's that were meant to be practice baskets, not permanent.
Long walks between 5 to 6 tee, 6 to 7 tee and 9 to 1 tee.
Basket for #8 was either missing or was overgrown in the woods where I could not find it.

Other Thoughts:

I never expect much on a private church property course. if anything the courses should be beginner friendly.

This course almost fits that bill. But for a seasoned disc golfer, I have to give it a 2 for a reasonable course with nothing special.

#1 is a nice hyzer shot around a small group of trees with some trees on the right punishing long wide shots.

#2 is a long shot over a drainage area, no trees, elevated basket on the other side of the flood pond. (only water is near the tee)

#3 has an elevated tee over the drainage flood pond with the basket on the other side. Again, no tree's come into play.

#4 is a short shot over the entrance road with some smaller trees making it somewhat interesting.

#5 wide open shot across the field, not anything comes into play unless you massively overthrow this hole.

#6 The tee is near the Church sign at the corner of the property. Long walk across the parking lot. there is no fairway here, you have to throw over the parking lot to the basket with a green that is about 30 ft across between the parking lot and the street.

#7 take a long walk from #6 down the street till you cross the entrace of the church, then walk a little farther till you have grass and trees start opening up. I was unable to find any sort of tee, so I played it as far back as I could from the sidewalk for a short hole with trees near the tee.

#8 there is a tee box (right behind #7 basket) throwing across the church road, however I was unable to figure out where the basket was originally, if it was in the woods, it has been totally overgrown.

#9 This is a decent hole, anhyzer to the edge of the wood in a small clearing right before the storage shed.

Then a longer walk back to your car.
