The first of a stretch of more challenging holes, this tee shot requires elevation and carry due to the growing tree (center gap, right, and at the creek). If you keep it low in the gap, the precision and power needed to approach the pin is enormous. Most rhbh folks attempt a power turnover tee shot with the driver of their choice. The OB road to the right, and the OB fence long usually aren't nearly as much of a concern as being sure you get past the woods.
