Pros:
The course plays around a small community college campus. The course stays away from other activities for the most part. The baskets are discatchers that were all in solid shape and caught just fine. There were concrete tees although they were tiny. There were basic tee signs with a very simple hole leayout, hole number and a next tee arrow. The flow of the course is pretty easy to follow. Free to play and up all year.
Cons:
The design of this course could have certainly been better. However maintenence of the course would really help as well. As mentioned in an earlier review, hole 1 is ridiculous if you can't tomahawk it through a 2 foot by 2 foot opening or over a 40 foot tall wall of trees. The tee pads are a joke. They're tiny and basically just in the way. It'd be better if it was just grass. The last five holes are kind of dumb. They play along an overgrown walking trail and along a scummy pond. You're just asking to lose a disc on this section of the course. The course also doesn't end anywhere really close to hole 1.
Other Thoughts:
With so many other great courses nearby this is only for the course baggers like myself. This isn't worth the time. This was the second worst of the 11 i played on my trip through the twin cities.
