Pros:
The pros of the course are that for beginners its a great introduction to disc golf. Playing around a community center holes provide a variety of hazards and obstacles to avoid (trees, soccer fields, a pool, buildings). A couple of holes utilize elevation changes to add difficulty. Roads/parking lots come into play as well. This appears to be a relatively new course as the baskets are in great condition. Another huge bonus is the fact that it is associated with the community center meaning there is access to water fountains and bathrooms which can often be missing on even the best of disc golf courses.
Cons:
Tees are natural, which is actually not a con to me at all, but they are very poorly marked making it extremely easy to miss them. Its only 9 holes, which you would expect on such a small plot of land but actually uses the land fairy well. The first 3 holes are very redundant. Distance is definitely not a feature of the course so you can pack up the drivers and just bring a good midrange and a putter (and realistically would probably shoot the same score with just a putter).
Other Thoughts:
I played this course on a drive back home from Atlanta to Birmingham. I had no idea it existed and had never heard anything about it but saw it listed on this site (mobile version) and decided to give it a go. Its the only course around the area which as stated in the "pros" section is great for growing the sport. Hopefully, if this course gets good play it could encourage more, better courses in the area.
Definitely wouldn't suggest driving out of your way to play it (and its a pretty good ways off from I-20) but you're in the area why not support the course.
