Great little course 2+ years drive by

Pros:
This is a great little course, not too short, not too long. Not too much is wooded, so your unlikely to loose discs. Most holes are very open. It's seldom busy or backed up. Interesting that it doesn't get more play...
Cons:
Can get seasonally wet because of a low area on the first 3 holes.
Other Thoughts:
I'm suprised at some of the low ratings people have given this course. I've played on MUCH worse! A couple arrow signs to the next tee might help, and a water fountain, but it always seems to be well maintained and not a lot of litter to pick up as at some other courses.
