Convenient Location and a quick round. 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 9, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

Baskets in good shape.
Nice grass to play on most of the course.
Wide open, not much of a chance to lose discs.
Convenient to the Park Place Mall.
Easy to navigate, you can see at least 4 baskets from each hole.
Two course map signs at different entrances, shows you the flow of the course.

Cons:

No tee pads, no tee signs, not even tee markers. You just pick your spot to tee from.
Not a lot of challenge to most holes.
Not the best part of Tucson, but I talked to several nice people while playing. Didn't seem to be real sketchy.

Other Thoughts:

The openness and location of this course are its two best points. Wide open, although the few trees were used to create some challenge. This would be a good place to take beginners or the kids. Pick your own spot to tee from and throw across the open grass.
Right next to the Park Place Mall. Would be convenient to get in a quick round if the wife or kids were at the mall and you avoid those things like me (the mall, not the family).
Course plays the 9 baskets in one direction, then turn around and play them back for 18.

2+ years drive by

Pros:

Good introduction course for beginners. More experienced players will find it a good practice course for mid range and putting. The course flows nicely and moves you forward to the next tee.

Cons:

The drives are all the same and require little imagination or technical skill.

Other Thoughts:

Good diplomacy course for those new to the game. Maybe set up alternate tees to entice the more experienced players.
