A good short course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Nov 13, 2014 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

It has some shade and lots of grass, which is rare in Tucson.
It's a great course for introducing new players to disc golf.
Due to it's size, you can play all 18 in less than an hour.

Cons:

As others mentioned, it's really short. You don't really need anything more than a putter and mid-range. Many of the tee shots are very similar.
The tee pads aren't permanent yet. You just have to search for the little whiskers.

Other Thoughts:

I play this course a couple times a week, due to it's location; I work a couple blocks away. You'll see a lot of teenagers, from the mall, hanging out in this park. They typically don't cause any problems, but you might have to wait for them to clear the fairway. It's a short course but it's fun to play a quick round and get some practice in. Hopefully the tee pads will be in soon.
