Parking
Hole 1 and 9 at the parking lot
Multiple tees (if you're lucky enough to find them)
Elevation changes
Not a busy course
Holes flowed from one to the next well

Cons:
Highway beside holes 1,2,3,4, and 5 make talking or hearing your friends nearly impossible.
Impossible to find the tees, plan on playing a mix of red/ blue/ white when you go..
High grass

Other Thoughts:
It's nice this course exists, but it's just not the right place for a course unless someone steps up and plants some trees to shape holes .
4x4s in the ground to mark the tees would be great.
Check it off your list of courses to visit and don't plan on going back.
