A lot of folks groan at this hole, but I have seen it deuced. The key is a controlled tee shot straight up the gut, ideally to the bend, and best if it can finish to the right there. Obviously if you get into tree trouble, pitch out if you must, because scrambling for a four or five won't lose too many strokes on the rest of the pack. A three here is a really good score.
